Venue: A History of Bread & Unrest [online location]

Organiser: Seth Randall-Goddard

Focusing mainly on the area surrounding Peckham, Camberwell and Elephant & Castle in south London, this will be a storytelling about bread, social relations, and fighting back. Using the white tin loaf as a starting point, we’ll hear about how the landscape we know of London today was shaped by bread and the struggle for a better life under capitalist conditioning, all whilst taking a virtual walk through the area and some of the bakeries there.
