Venue: possibly The Red House

Organiser: Alison Skeat

Alison stumbled across Breaditation when a friend in need 'interrupted' her making bread at home. She wanted to help her friend without her bread spoiling, so combined the two to bring about therapeutic session. Alison has run Breaditation sessions with friends and assiciates but would now like to bring it to a wider audience.

Breaditation is a de-stressing workshop that combines bread making with meditation. Its aim is to enable participants to let go of negative emotions so as to allow them to focus better on positive feelings. It’s a fun, laid back session where everyone gets to take home the bread they’ve baked, as well as a recipe card.
