Anna-Maria is fine artist living and working in London. Curating, teaching and practising she has starting a project linking people to free art events in London in an effort to reduce isolation and to encourage the use of what is currently funded. She believes in art to be used as therapy, challenge and inspiration for all areas of life.

A brief talk on embracing concept in art as a vehicle of human change and examples of artists who have used art to engage the public in needed cultural shifts. A discussion exploring the meaning of successful art and the possibilities of art to be used to instigate change. A workshop creating responses to challenges or challenging issues creatively. Participants will set up an ‘artistic laboratory’ where they will investigate an issue using the structure of a science experiment to design conceptual art.
