Sue has been practising and teaching tai chi, chi kung and meditation for 30 years. She uses the body language of tai chi to help understand and heal difficult life situations. She also works with conflict resolution, story telling and narrative to make sense of where we are on our life's journey. She has been a Buddhist for many years applying its teaching to help others. A workshop of T’ai Chi and Qi Gong movements in the secret places of Hampstead Heath. A time and place to let go, find space and stillness. We will explore how these movements help to dispel anxiety and stress, encouraging us to live completely in the Now. Open to all, regardless of experience.
